Our hotel is letting us drop them off before hand, and they are giving them to our guests as they check in. As part of our room block with them, they also send me updates each week to let me see who has reseverd rooms in our block.
As far as figuring out others- I would ask them, or have your mom/bridesmaids inquire (depdending upon who actually knows them) to find out where they are staying- then you can maybe have a bridesmaid or groomsmen (or a team!) deliver the others!

we're putting a line on our rsvp so that they can tell us where they're staying.
our hotel is also letting us drop them off beforehand. for a $3 fee (bogus, i know), they'll deliver them to the rooms.

how do you get these to the guests if you don't know where they are staying? I have been puzzled about this.
even if you *do* know where they are staying, will a hotel let you into their room?? is that creepy??
