Congratulations but just make sure you're getting enough of what you need, i.e.protein, etc.
Congrats on the weight loss! Just make sure you're getting enough calories. Your body will stop burning them if they're not getting enough and your weight loss could plateau.
Taco. I started the special K meal thing too... I had a bowl of Strawberry every day for breakfast - and changed NOTHING ELSE about my diet and did not work out and from October to August I lost 45 lbs... as soon as I stopped eating the special K I started gaining again.... so I'm starting again as soon as I'm not sick anymore *I haven't felt well the last few days*
@mmmtacos I just wanted to throw in that there is a difference between the special K snack bars and meal/protein bars... and that you should def be eating the protein ones to get all your nutrients!!! :) Good luck and congrats on your weight loss!

Hi everyone! So far I have lost a total of 5lbs, yay!
I recently went to the doctor and discovered I have gained 15 lbs since April (partially due to my birth control, which I am off of now). I have a trip planned for december with a little over a month to lose. I am shooting for 12 lbs or so, wish me luck!
To reiterate, my diet is Special K for breakfast, bananas (2/day), Special K snack bar for lunch, and some fruit or small amount of fats (nuts, avocados). Dinner varies but has been anything from going out to eat, to sandwiches or salads at home. :)
