Title says it all.
I’m imagining our MC will do an intro, then the following people want to make speeches:
My dad, Best Man, Maid of honour, Groom’s Mom, Our friend who introduced us years ago wants a short speech, and we will get up and say a thank you and brief speech.
What order are they supposed to be done in?

Traditional order (at least in the British tradition) is (1) Father of the bride, (2) groom, (3) best man. I think the reasoning is the FOB is the host so he welcomes people, then the groom does the thank yous on behalf of the couple, then the Best Man concludes by toasting the couple. But since you’re not doing the traditional speakers, I think you can do whatever order works best.

I usually see non-family first (first to the groom then to the bride), groom’s parents, bride’s parents, last the couple.
