    @MrsBeck:  I have donated once, but I can’t regularly donate due to health issues.

    I wish I could, but Needle Phobia, so it’s out of the question.

    No I do not, I am deathly afraid of needles and if/when they do need to take blood from me they have to use the infant/butterfly needle due my veins are so small

    I donate fairly often, probably 3-4 times a year. I would do more, but my iron typically needs some time to get back up to normal levels.

    I was terrified the first time too, but so far I’ve never felt faint or thrown up! So that is good!

    @prahajess:

    @MrsBeck:

    its not that bad! Kinda of like donating blood but it goes through a machine filters the plasma and puts the blood back in…it’s harder on your veins because it kind of has a “pumping” feelings to it.

    In order to be a uninversal plasma donor your have to have AB- blood type. Less than 1% of the human population has AB- so they call me like credit collectors -_- kind of annoying lol

    @MrsBeck:  Yeah same I have to have them lay me down if they need to take blood. Though I have gotten better, giving birth and breaking a bone which resulted in having surgery within the last 2 years helps I guess. The funny thing is I have 2 tats, which I did almost pass out on also.

    @MrsBeck:  I used to donate often however, I haven’t been able to in several years because of having babies/getting tattoos
