Do you have perfect posture?
- shoulders back
- hips under
- stomach in
- legs straight
- chin up/level
I don’t have good posture because:
- I stand tall, my back hurts
- When I put my shoulders back, my boobs say hi to all the guys walking by…
- my stomach has a pooch, c-section, and no matter how much I suck it in, it doesn’t go away
- I have crooked pelvic bones, so my legs are not even and I limp
- I always look down so I won’t trip over anything

I have a curved spine (so do all the women in my family) which means I stick my bum and belly out. I tend to hunch my shoulders too, I hate that I do that.

When I was in 7th grade I went from flat chested to a Dirty Delete. I was still a size 6 in pants, but out of nowhere the rack. I played soccer and swam competitively, but I soon quit swimming. I also started slouching and holding my books in front of my chest. It was so embarassing. So nope I still slouch terribly and the breast reduction surgery is on the list of things to do. Oh and my Dad’s mother is the one to thank for the rack, all my girl cousins on my dad’s side of the family have flat chested mother’s, but we are all DD’s.

Nope. I have a curved spine and work at a desk all day. I try to sit correctly, but it’s usually pretty uncomfortable for me. My shoulders hunch a bit and my butt/pelvis/ribs stick out (that sounds awful, but it’s only noticeable to me). I try to do yoga to counteract it.

I slouch at work and I am actively working on trying to fix it. I have big boobies which cause the slouching, I think, and it hurts my neck and shoulders. I saw something on the Shark Tank for fixing posture and I might go buy it. You can wear it under your clothes and it keeps you standing straight.

Having a regular yoga practice for the past 5 years has dramatically improved my posture, but it’s not perfect. I just know it now, LOL.

When I was doing ballet (up to 18) people always commented on my posture. I have the advantageoff knowing how to givemyself good posture (trained muscles) but being a student kills my shoulders… I. Thinking of taking an exercise ballet class before the wedding just for good photos

My posture is such that one time, I walked into a room and one of my parents’ colleagues saw me and instantly knew I was a dancer.
I still maintain that posture wherever I am, even though it has been over a decade since I stopped

I have horrible posture, partially because I’m a student and mostly becuse my spine has a 3 dimensional curve. It doesn’t just go left and/or right, it goes forward too. Sitting up straight is painful, and usually triggers my lower back issues after too long.
I keep meaning to start yoga.

I wouldn’t say perfect, but I definitely have good posture. I was a gymnast for 18 years, after years of being corrected and positioned, it finally stuck. Having good posture is so rare these days, that people have actually commented about mine.

10 years of ballet lessons have rendered me incapable of slouching. If I slump I instantly correct myself for fear of taking a yardstick to the back.

I did ballet when I was younger so my posture is pretty good most of the time. I will admit that I do slouch a bit at work, but overall I try to sit up straight!
