I used to love dancing and would go out every weekend to do just that. I took dance classes my whole life and it was a big part of who I was. Now, you couldn't drag me onto the dance floor. I don't know what happened!
I've taken all kinds of lessons, from ballet to ballroom to hip top. I love to dance!
I voted I'm not bad. I was a pretty hardcore figure skater and took ballet/jazz on the side for dry land conditioning and to up my artistic scores, but put me on a club dance floor with no choreography and I'm pretty lost!
I don't consider myself a good dancer, but I like to do it if the music and the atmosphere are right. I'm looking forward to dancing at my wedding!
I LOVE to dance! Never learned ballroom dancing but I'd really like too!
I spent alot of my time at raves/clubs in my teen/young adult years so I definitely got that goin for me. Dubstep, hip hop, dance, house, tech... I love it all!
Sadly, it's been quite awhile since I've gotten to do any real dancing though and I generally don't dance in public anymore b/c well I don't like displaying my butt to everyone anymore. lol
"Free" dancing? Totally lost. Prom was so awkward.
With a decent to good lead I'm good to go in swing, and in some parts of ballroom (except in latin, that's a scary scary place). With a bad lead I force them through a muddled swing (like the father-daughter dance, it fooled the non-dancers so good enough).
I love dancing. I have some professional training, but I really love listening to music and moving my body. Fiance loves to dance too.
I love dancing! I'm really good at dancing fast or to club music. I hope I can learn some slow dances before the wedding and quickly teach my FI. tehe
I loooove dancing. I probably would do it all day if it was possible. I think I got some moves, I can pick up choreo pretty quick LOL. 
Yep! I can dance up a storm "freestyle," but I am not the best at remembering choreography lol
DH and I are both ballroom dancers. I learned at the local bars that had free classes on weeknights, I just picked it up really fast. And DH used to be a ballroom instructor.
Yep I dance and I LOVE it! It's my form of exercise as well. I took lessons, from ballroom, latin and I also use to teach Salsa, cha-cha, merengue and tango. I love it. FI is pretty good also.
Can I just say how much I love that 4 Bees so far are as bad as THIS!? Hehehe.
I love dancing. I don't think there is right or wrong for the most part- or that someone can or can't. I just love free-spirited dancing (Okay, I don't do hippie style like hands in the air on substances or anything!), but I just love dancing around. I also love classic country two step style, or simple swing style to bluegrass. I don't know all the ballroom styles my sister does- she is SO good- when we go dancing in country bars to live bands every man wants to dance with her- it is cool to see! Especially older men. I kind of dislike it when men want to dance with me- I prefer to dance it out solo sometimes. I just hate it when I get asked to dance because then I feel like I have to!
Okay I don't think I am as bad as Elaine, but I do distinctly remember a time at a bar when I was university when 2 girls next to me stopped dancing to stare at what I was doing (apparantly it was not dancing).
Now I only "grace" the dance floor after a few drinks... and if the dance floor is packed so nobody can really focus on me!

I wish...... it was like they were looking at me because I was giving birth to an octopus on the dance floor..... a mix of horror and amazement.
LOL I wish I could! I just learned how to do the bootypop! YAY! but Actually Im a very good bellydancer. Could be because Im Arab- but I just LOVE to bellydance.
I'm horrible! What make's it even worse is that once I have some drinks in me, I think I'm an amazing dancer! My dancing, combined with FI's chicken dance, should make for some great entertainment at our wedding.

I love dancing, though I put on a lot of weight recently and am much more self concious. I don't want to dance in front of people anymore, at least not where I'm the focal point. I know I'm good at it but the attention bothers me now. I'm fine with both choreography and "free-style" dancing and did competetive Irish Step dancing for over 10 years.
FI was a professional ballet dancer for 13 years but cannot for the life of him "free-style" dance. It's pretty hilarious.
@Juliepants: lol aww noo, Youtube it! Its hard to explain but its kind of like moving your booty up and down which looks like a popping motion.. its hard to explain, I probably even did so wrong lol! sorry!

I don't even attempt it unless I've had a few drinks. I had to be taught the cupid shuffle at my own wedding cos I didn't even know THAT.
I think I hold my own. It helps that I'm a way better dancer than my FI, so when I'm dancing with him, I automatically look good. =p
I love to dance! howevever it looks like some one is have a spaz attack on the floor. I am not sure I care though! lol
I danced for like 14 years. I LOVE dancing, and like to think I'm good at it! My husband one time told me (while very intoxicated) that I'm "soooo shexyyyy" when I dance :)

How bad I am at dancing..... Picture the scene, I'm in a club with a friend dancing away, as it happens all my brothers are there (I have 3, she'd only met 2)
MATE: Look it's your big brother!
ME: Ah yes! (I wave and carry on dancing)
MATE: And there's your other brother!
ME: (I look over and sure thing there hes is) So it is!! I wave and he makes quite a dance move back at me in response.
MATE: Which means that one in the corner must be your baby brother...
ME: (I look over and there he is doing the big box small box in excellent style) How did you know??!?
MATE: (Mimiking my dancing) Because you're the only four dancing like twats...
Another time another friend's SO was watching me dance away, and said to her "Ah bless her - well at least it looks like she's enjoying herself"
Let's just say ... it's entertaining for my friends to watch me dance. 'Nuff said.
Oh man, I can definitely shake it at the club. My girlfriends in college used to joke that my booty is how they picked up guys at the bar.
If we're talking like.... real dancing.... nope. I've done musical theatre and months of rehearsals makes me just passable enough. I'm sooo clumsy.
