City girl all the way.  I keep getting stuck in the burbs, though.  I grew up in Chicago, so I suspect my natural home is the city.

I’ve lived in rural areas, thinking it would be better for my dogs, but it totally didn’t work for me & the dogs just wanted to be in the house anyway.

Suburban. i spent a lot of time in Arizona growing up ans it’s just a big suburban. I need to be 5 minutes away from a store and for going “in to town” not to a weekly plan so the country doesn’t work for me.

I’ve never lived in a big city and now with 2 kids I don’t think it will ever happen

Country! I don’t mind visiting cities but I couldn’t live there. I like my privacy and wide open spaces.

Suburban, I like having a nice house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city.

Ap2010: city girl, all the way. I love the ease, convenience, diversity and access to world-class amenities.

I dislike relying on cars for transportation and big box / chain stores so the suburbs aren’t my thing. Rural living is too isolating, though I do like going out to the country to clear my mind.

Suburbs, but preferably within city limits.  I would go for a close bedroom community as a second choice, but really want to be within the city.

Ap2010:  country… but here we would call it village since country is a lower 48 thing 😉

Country all the way. Bonfires, starry skies, and the sound of coyotes howling…

CITY! Though I like to visit the country! And allinoelle:, we have all of that here. I have a fire pit in my backyard and I’m really close to the Mississippi River where there are coyotes! Lol!

Country all the way. However; I live in a slightly suburban area now and do enjoy it, too!

Ap2010:  Suburban but could totally rock out on a big piece of land and be delighted!

City. In a few years I’ll probably take suburban within the city limits.

City!! preferably in a loft or high rise condo. The though of owning a house with a lawn that you have to take care of just does not appeal to me at all.
