Yep 🙂 I loved every minute and wish I could do it again! Was so fun to have everyone I loved in one place at one time and everyone meshed super well!

Worth every tear, every penny, every minute!  In a heartbeat, both DH and I would do it again!

Absolutely. However, we were extremely lucky to have most of it paid for by our family, and they didn’t add really any drama to the planning. If we were paying ourselves, we would still have had a wedding–just a very different one!

Mine is two months away and Im starting to freak out while seeing all the money getting washed away…. we dont make that much. BUT everyone keeps telling me it is worth every penny- and you wont get the chance to do it again- more money can always be made- but this is your one chance- so I said what the hell….ill be poor for two years and then everything will go back to normal. =) Plus its my day to shine- so I should at least get to make it the way I want.

Definitely worth it. If we had eloped (which I had thought was maybe a better idea MANY times during the planning process….) I think I would have been really sad afterwards. I never have to wonder what it would be like to have a real wedding. Better than wondering what eloping would feel like.

Worth the money, worth the frustration, worth the stress, worth the year and a half I spent consumed by planning it. My DH, who wanted to go to the courthouse, even told me he was glad we did it.

I don’t regret having had a wedding at all.  It was a very happy time — not just the wedding but the year+ spent planning.  My husband loved it even more than me in a way he wasn’t anticipating.  Just don’t spend more than you are comfortable with — it isn’t worth going broke over (especially because there are lots of creative, inexpensive ways of doing things).

I didn’t vote because my answer doesn’t quite apply to the choices. Our parents paid for our wedding, and it was gorgeous and I loved it. But if I had to pay for our wedding, I would probably have eloped.

It’s worth every penny, but I would do it differently with the knowledge I have now. Hind sight is 20/20, unfortunately.
