Not sure of the name, it’s a dress I got at DB. It’s a lace trumpet style with a key-hole back. This picture is without alterations, I plan to make it a more dramatic trumpet. It was 549.00 and it runs large. I usually wear a size 5 in pants (not sure about dresses anymore because I don’t really wear them much, but I used to wear a 3 dress) but we ended up ordering a size 2.

    My Dress: Reem Acra “L’Aventurra”

The Price: $3400 without alterations. Retail price is about $5500 though, and I bought the sample, hence the big discount.

It is a slightly drop waist tulle ballgown with lace underlay. There is a very subtale lace applique on the bodice underneath all that wrapped tulle. I can’t tell you about the sizing, since I bought a bridal size 10 and it is about 4 sizes too small and will require a ton of alterations.

I wore a now discontinued dolce satin Essense of Australia dress. It was right around 1500 I believe. It ran pretty true to bridal sizing. I’m a street size 00/0 and ordered a 4 and it was a bit big but nothing crazy.

    My Dress: Dere Kiang 11066

    The Price: $499 without alterations

    My pic:

Additional specs/details: Taffeta gown with sweep train available in white or ivory with ribbon waistband available in a number of colours (I ordered my dress in ivory with an ivory ribbon). Detachable skirt. To be discontinued June 28, 2013 according to http://www.bestbridalprices.com. Glad I bought mine early!

The size: I’m not sure how true to size this is as I don’t know American sizing, but I ordered it without trying it on based solely on the Dere Kiang sizing chart, and it fits perfectly.

Mine was Pronovias Petunia, $1800. I think it’s pretty true to bridal sizing, I had to order an 8 and my measurements are 36-26-37.

    Me in my dress 🙂

    The dress: Maggie Sottero Clarice

    Price before alterations: roughly $1700

Sizing: Ran a bit big.  I ordered the 2 thinking I would need to size it down a little bit and I was swimming.  I am usually a size 0-1.
