Our wedding cake will be almond flavored with raspberry chambord filling and cream cheese icing and it is amazing!
I love carrot cake and cheesecake, never had the other two before so honestly, I would take 4 small peices of each! I am huge into dessert though, but be prepared for some people wanting 2,3 or even 4 pieces lol
White cake. I'm not a fan of chocolate and cheesecake would kill my stomach. Oh man...I do love white cake.
I'm sorry, I didn't pay attention to anything else once cheesecake was mentioned! I hate cake but I LOVE cheesecake!
cheesecake!
i'm not a big fan of cake either because people always want to overload it with fillings and whipped cream and icing and nuts....i don't mind cake by itself, with maybe a little bit of buttercream frosting, but that's it. whenever i mentioned not having a wedding cake someone would have a panic attack over it, so i ended up having one.
i would have chosen a cheesecake for my wedding, but it would have melted in the 103-degree heat at my reception.
@discodance: Agreed!
@michiru4ever: Sounds interesting! I'm not a big fan of almond flavoring but everything else sounds good! :)
@Lalk2bee: I do too! Cream cheese frosting is the only frosting I can handle. :)
@lindseyl06: Definitely!
@lilchicana: Yeah, we will be having some sort of cake for the cutting, probably just a small 3-tiered one so we just need to figure out what we want those tiers to be. Then we'll have a bunch of NY Style cheesecakes for sure. But I can understand people wanting traditional cake at a wedding, it's not for me but it's good to give people options. That stinks that you didn't get the cheesecake you wanted though. :(
CHEESECAKE!!!!!! Optional toppings too... omg omg omg!
At first I was like, OMG CHEESECAKE STATION? SIGN ME UP. And then I read about the raspberries in the next two, and was torn.
But... I could have raspberries on my cheesecake. Problem solved!
Cheesecake!
@Puppy Love: Haha. I do that all the time. I always go looking for a "like" button until I realize where I am!
ALL! Thanks for making me hungry :-)
I think the safest bet is cheesecake, as most people like it. I chose the chocolate cake however-love love love chocolate and raspberry anything. I think that the carrot cake would be my last choice. I personally love it but I know a lot of people that don't care for it.
@JenniferMm: Haha I agree, who doesn't love cheesecake?? We'll definitely have options since we want to have a traditional 3 tier for the cake cutting, but I don't know as I want that to be chocolate since I don't want a brown cake haha. We may be having more than 2 kinds. Lol holy indecisive.
@Pinkmoon: :)
@Regina Phalange: I do love me some chocolate, just hate frosting. Haha

Okay so I'm getting a better idea of what everyone likes dinner-wise thanks to you lovely bees but now for the CAKE. I don't personally like cake (basically because I despise frosting but I know I'm in the minority on that one) but I LOVE cheesecake. My mom and I will be making all of the cakes and we've made all of these before so there won't be any surprises or anything. So which of these cakes would you rather eat?
