Usually what type of body types does this neckline suit?

I've only ever tried sweetheart and scoop necklines which I love, but recently saw this dress and felt it had the modern look Im after, but can't decide if it does or does not suit my Size 4 hourglass. It seems to cover the chest area rather than enhance...what do you think?
