I know you said no halo, but it may be able to give you an idea of the size on finger and split shank

Center stone: .75 ct

Total: 1.5 ct

Ring size: 5.5

Carat weight (center stone and total): 1 ct center – 7/8 ct. in shanks and halo

Ring size: 7.75

Price: Just over 3k, can’t remember the exact amount.

@sgreene511:  diamdb.com let’s you compare different cuts to see how they face up on any size finger. Hope it helps! PS – I wear size 7 and have a 1ct round (but w/ a double halo) and I think 1 ct is the perfect size for an e-ring.

Hi! I have a split shank ring and absolutely love it! My ring size is 6 3/4 but my fingers fluctuate a lotttt depening on the temperature. I wasn’t sure which carat size to go for but my fiance ended up choosing an amazing diamond!

It really all depends on what your budget is. My fiance opted for a better cut over a larger diamond, and I think it really shows. The setting definitely showcases my diamond and I’m so happy with it! Good luck!!!!

I have a halo (cushion) but a round stone and a split shank band so I will post for you

 

1.5 center stone, 3.5 tcw size 6.5 finger

Weight: 2 ct center with 0.95 ct pave on band/prongs

Size: 5.75 for my e-ring; my wedding band is sized at 5.5 which is closer to my true size

Price: Heirloom stone, I think the setting was about 3K (platinum)

Purchased at family jeweler, but it is a Danhov Eleganza setting

cannot remember tcw,I wanna say 1 1/4 total carat

bought in NJ, pm for exact location

it was around $2600

and, it sparkles like CRAZY…I’m obsessed with my e-ring 😉
