I'm a sports fanatic! All NY - Yankees (please don't get me started on their awesomeness), Giants (there will never be a greater Super Bowl than 08), Knicks (improving), and Rangers (at least they're better than the Islanders!). I also love the Olympics and March Madness. I go to way too many games than I care to admit, I watch even more, and I can definitely rattle off a whole bunch of completely useless stats. At least I can say I play more sports than I watch :)
And yes I tell my fiance he is dayam lucky!
I don't; FI has a few. He's been after me to "please just pick one team for one sport to be interested in." I really can't watch games on TV b/c I get too bored, but I do try to go to real games with him. It's more interesting in real life and when I get bored I can just people watch. (Ok, so there may be more people watching than game watching...I'm building up my attention span though!) I know how much he loves his sports, so I am working on it!

We are sports fans! I totally love to watch the Dodgers. I love to go to the stadium (more unlikely now that I live on the opposite coast), but I also love to hear Vin Scully on the TV!
My FI and I are huge Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fans. We watch hockey too - Go Flyers! We are not basketball fans though.
Me....not so much.
My FI is OBSESSED with anything Cleveland related. Its quite frightening actually!
We are a Seahawks, U of W and Kansas pair. I used to work for the Seahawks and the Mariners when I was in high school and college. I also love the Olympics!
I love sports!! University of Arizona -- Go Cats!!! Our welcome BBQ is sports theme, sorta "kick off" to the wedding weekend and everyone will wear their favorite teams gear. I can't wait.
I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area so I LOVE the San Jose Sharks and the Oakland A's! I love the San Jose Sharks and try to go to as many home games as I can. However, saving for the wedding has made my fiance and I resort to watching the games on cable now. :) It's still awesome though.
i am a lakers fan through and through. the mister is a huge fan too, so we watch all the games. we love them so that our wedding colors are purple and yellow :)

We both like the Cleveland Indians, Ohio State, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. I'm a born and bred Cleveland Browns fan and he's a Steelers fan. Although (shhh don't tell) I'm starting to like the Steelers. I told him I'd cheer for the Steelers except when they play the Browns!
I grew up on the Atlanta Braves before they were good and actually went to middle school with Jeff Francouer. Baseball, I feel, is best watched in person (otherwise it can get a little boring to me).
I *love* hockey (esp. the Caps and the Thrashers) and am a DIEHARD college football fan (as is FI). First football Saturday of the Fall is like Christmas for us. We usually turn on pre-show stuff at ten and don't stop watching until after midnight. Glorious college football. Our favorite college team is obviously the Georgia Bulldawgs since we're a UGA grads. *sigh* How long until football starts back up? Six months? *looks at the clock*
Go Mrs. Bee! I'm a HUGE Lakers fan!!! my husband and I always watch sports games together -- mostly soccer or NBA. I'm a sports journalist so we go to games too. It's so fun to do that together.
But.... yea, back to the most important thing: LAKERS ALL THE WAY and KOBE MVP :)
I follow the Detroit Tigers like it's nobody's business! Unfortuantly, we got stuck with a sucky football team, so I tend to watch whatever else is on TV.
I love basketball, and my FI and I filled out our NCAA brackets the other day, and so far I've only been wrong on one!! Yay! :)
Ahh, what a great post! I am such a huge football fan, it is not even funny. Since my grandmother was from Texas, I've always been a Cowboys fan (which is the source for a lot of harrassment). Sundays are untouchable for me during football season. Can't wait for August!
Big Red Sox Fan - rarely miss a game on tv (even if it is just on as background.) Patriots fan, and Celtics fan (though I don't watch them much on tv)

I love love love football, I grew up in New Orleans so I'm a Saints fan but I also love Peyton and Eli so I cheer for the Colts amd Giants too. FI and I both love hockey and we cheer for the Maple Leafs. He likes basketball and baseball too and I don't care for either.
I am a major football fan! Even before I met my fiance! Now I get to go to all the Bears games! :)
I also LOVE the Cubs and the Wisconsin Badgers!
We have shared our sports fan tendencies with each other. FI is into hockey and football. By now I really enjoy football and took him to his first NFL game this past fall.
I am a baseball fan and have been following the Cardinals since I was a kid growing up in Memphis. So we watch baseball together, and it's been really neat that his hometown baseball team (Phillies) and mine have both won the world series since we've been together!
We especially love attending sporting events together.
My husband and I are HUGE Florida Gator Fans! I think we both pretty much love any sport in person, but I can really only handle football on TV.

I'm watching the Lakers game right now, and I was wondering if there are any other sports fans out there?
I've been following the Lakers forever. I try to be a Dodgers fan but why must they suck so. LA sadly hasn't had a football team in years. And I've never really followed college ball.
