Petterino's is pretty tasty, but I've only been there once for cocktails. Park Grill at Millenium Park would be a wonderful place (but a bit touristy). There's also Tavern at the Park, which my mom loves. Henri is pretty upscale. But I think my biggest recommendation would be Morton's! I'm a steak lover though...
When I was thinking of doing the Cultural Center ceremony I looked into the restaurant in the Trump building.
The Gage (they have a couple of private and semi-private spaces), or Terzo Piano at the Art Institute.
