Turquoise would be lovely, and you could pair it with other shades of blue if you're not convince. My other suggestion is lavender (tis the spring after all) and again you could add some lighter/darker shades.
I'm liking the idea of green, though with brown and champagne it's feeling more "fall" than spring. Here are some thoughts:

Blue is popping nicely with these:

I also love this!

(Check out this wedding: http://www.elizabethannedesigns.com/blog/2010/06/24/inspired-by-the-hamptons/ see what you think. It's blue, green, champagne, and a little brown).
I love all of those ides. I think that may be the problem. Here is my original (with a few changes) inspiration board. I just cannot find a BM dress that suits me. Let me know what you think and IF the link works...

The green and brown is lovely together! What about pink? I always love those big fluffy pink pionies :) Spring to me is so pink!
@bdunkin: I love your inspiration photos! A bridesmaid dress can be tricky, but it's not un-doable! Go with it!
my colors are pink and tangerine, and i have an outside wedding as well! good luck trying to figure those out!

I'm having an outdoor wedding in May 2012. The ceremony and receptions is sort of country chic (setting on covered hay bales, mason jar decorations, etc.)I just got my dress today, so I know I am going to have shades of champagne, and lighter shades of brown but I have NO idea what I want the COLOR to be. First I wanted a turquiose then decided on green and now I am to blue. But what shade of blue? Or do I do blue? I like to many colors! PLEASE HELP ME!
