Maybe name of flowers: lily, rose, tulip, lavender, etc... or names of birds: sparrow, robin, bluejay, etc... Those things remind me of spring!
The first thing that popped in my head was birds or flowers too. Or you could do different bees to go with the honey theme although I'm not sure you could come up with 40 bees. Or you could do not scary bugs like butterfly, lady bug, firefly, etc.
oh bird pictures would be beautiful witht the bird name underneath...or small birds nests with the bird name perched inside the nest printed in a cool font for each one...sorry, went on a bird tangent....

I think that's 40 flower names... if that helps :)
instead of names of tables - love these from etsy...
could ask the etsy seller to do place cards of the same image - cute!
or maybe even little miniature bird houses with the table # painted on it

Flowers is a good idea! and birds! You could maybe to pictures of birds or flowers.
these were ours...bird with a chandeleir..I wanted something vintage and found these on Etsy as tags and asked her to make them table numbers...

Hello everyone,
I'm getting married May 1, 2010 and we are having a hard time coming up with table name ideas. We will have approximately 40 tables (I KNOW HUGE WEDDING, but my family is HUGE). We are having a triangular base with birds nests on top as the centerpieces. We are giving away jars of honey as favors.
We are hoping to find some ideas of names that fit this theme. If you have any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
