I have been on sprintec for 5-6 years and have had no problems on it. At this pont my period is very light with no cramps and like clock work.

I took Sprintec for several months and I did perfectly fine on it. I don’t remember having any side effects at all.

I was on Sprintec for about three years and never had any problems with it.  However now I’m on something now that I like much better.

I just switched to it… 3 weeks ago. I was on Apri for a long, long time, and asked my new GYN for something to help with low libido. She suggested Sprintec because it has slightly different hormone levels.

Right now, the jury’s still out. I think it’s made my skin a bit nicer, and I haven’t had any breakthrough or nausea. Unfortunately, I’ve had bad daily cramps (never had before) and I think a little weight gain, though that may be fading a bit.

I’m really hoping that the pelvic pain goes away as my body adjusts. If it does, I’ll stick with it, as it appears to be helping the libido — assuming that’s not a wishful thinking/placebo effect.

Oh I take BC continuously, so I won’t have any commentary about the off-weeks.

I was on it for a year and a half and did not do well. :(. I got migraines,  a period every 2 weeks, and really awful mood swings.
