I'm seen stunning photos from inside of St. Ignatius: your guest may not be able to get "That Shot" but they rarely do anyway. Hire an experienced professional and you will be good to go!
So this is super late but I just saw this post -- I'm also a BC alum, we didn't get married there - but! my parents, brother and cousin all did! So I've had tons of experience with weddings there - the no flash is a non-issue for photographers, that's why you hire a professional! :)
Thanks for responding! Since that post, we booked a date and time for our ceremony there, so we're definitely getting married at BC! I'm so excited - it's such a beautiful church. And I LOVE our photographer, so I'm not worried about the no-flash policy either. Thanks again!
Just wanted to say I used to live in Brighton and did my MA at BC and I used to love going to Mass there - it is gorgeous! Good luck with your planning @Kim2011! Enjoy every minute!
Thanks AnamCara! All of our big vendors are booked - it's so nice to have it all done. Now I get to start looking for my dress! I made myself wait until this summer to start shopping because I didn't want to get it too early - my wedding isn't until next August.

Has anyone gotten married here/know of anyone who has? My fiance and I are very close to booking it (we are both BC alums). You have to bring in your own priest (which we want), and no flash photography (not sure if that's an issue with photographers).
Thanks in advance!
