I’ve never been to St. Lucia but what you can do is google temperatures in St. Lucia and it will give you an outline of the different months.  Might be easier that way!

Why not go somewhere where July is the ideal time to travel to? Something exotic like Iceland, or Vancouver, for example.

I want to say that a few years back we went on a cruise during the summer (Julyish) around there and St. Lucia was one of the stops. It was definitely hot, but not hot enough to feel like I wish we hadn’t gotten off the ship and stopped there or anything. 🙂

Granted, I’m from the south and the summer months here can be pretty intense thanks to heat + humidity, but it really wasn’t that much a difference in the temps at home versus St. Lucia. I don’t think it’s crazy to go, I think you guys will probably appreciate taking your honeymoon sooner rather than later so don’t let a little heat stop you! 😉

I was in St. Lucia at the beginning of August a few years ago and the heat wasn’t bad AT ALL.  They don’t have a lot of humidity down there and it’s usually pretty breezy- in fact there were some days we couldn’t go on the water because of wind.  I didn’t even get a sunburn on our trip and I spent most of my time outdoors.

I’ve been to St. Lucia in July.  The heat isn’t unbearable at all.  It’s hot, but there are States that get way hotter!  The Caribbean sea breezes cool the island considerably, and there are beaches everywhere you turn!

St. Lucia’s worth visiting anytime of the year.  The summer months are “slightly” warmer than the winter months, but not that much to make a difference, still have the tropical trade winds breeze!  If you feel like you are getting a little hot, then stop by and we’ll buy you an ICE COLD PITON BEER!  Just ask for Steve or Margaret at Skeeterz Rum Bar.  We on the south end of the island near Vieux Fort – just ask someone where we are or email us at http://www.SkeeterzRumBar.com

Hope to C’ya in the summertime!

I forgot to give you this chart for average temperatures

St. Lucia’s Weather is beautiful, due to its latitude expect warm and breezy temperatures with sunny skies with minimal seasonal changes making the weather nearly perfect year-round. Clear blue skies and breezy trade winds blowing off the sea are always present and the rain showers rarely last long, coming in short, sporadic bursts.

    Hope this helps.

I live in South FL and have traveled to St. Lucia many times.  Honestly, July is the best month to go!!!  lol

Its tropics, so you’ll have to be aware of Hurricane Season; but that their main season where most people come to visit because of the weather!!

    IMO
