Ok, I deleted my post because I think I read your post wrong. I thought you were talking about getting two different stamps (one custom from zazzle, one from the post office) that, put together, would equal $.59. But I guess that all custom would cost quite a bit more. If you want to see if the post office stamp and the zazzle stamp are the same size, you could call both places and ask the dimensions of the stamps. Or buy one of each to try it out. I tried looking for more info for you, but I couldn't find much.
I was going to order one stamp from zazzle and one from the post office because zazzle charges more for the custom stamp. I have 180 envelopes so I need double the amount of postage. I would be paying $90 extra just to have a custom zazzle stamp and dont really want to pay double that to have 2 custom stamps.
My invitations needed .59 cents and I ordered a wedding heart stamp from the usps that is 59 cents, so we only need one stamp. They had one at the post office that was not very attractive, but you can order a variety of stamps only in different monetary amounts.
I thought it was also possible to order custom stamps from Zazzle in different postage amounts, so you could do just one custom stamp on each envelope (and hopefully only pay the zazzle premium once)
My total invitation weight is $1.17 so I was going to do 2 $.59 stamps. The closest postage they have at Zazzle is $1.35 and I dont want to pay that much over in postage. I really wish I could do 1 stamp only but it looks like I will have to do two. I would just prefer them to be the same size so it doesnt look funny.
I'm not sure if you looked into this already, but today I did some stamp research and found that stamps.com is significantly less expensive than zazzle if you're ordering more than one stamp. Their options may make purchasing the entire postage on one custom stamp within your budget.

I need to do 2 stamps to equal my postage (.59 each) and I want to order one custom stamp from Zazzle and one from the post office (the wedding hearts). I know the heart is larger than a normal .42 stamp because it is vertical and longer. I really want my stamps to be the same size. Does anyone know if the small or medium stamp from Zazzle is the same dimensions as a .59 stamp from the post office?
