The cheapest that I have found is http://simonstamp.com/
But thanks for asking this question... I'll be watching to see if anyone else has a better suggestion!
I also used simonstamp.com for the speed too. I've used others (can't remember off the top of my head), but they took to long to make.
there are lots of sellers on www.etsy.com I had one made for invitation, and I used the alchemy feature to find a seller that fit what I needed.
I used RubberStamps.net... I believe my stamp was under $10 with shipping. Even with standard USPS shipping it arrived in 4 days.
I used eRubberStamp.com http://www.erubberstamp.com/
I ordered a customized rubber stamp and an embosser as well.
I'm in Canada and the customer service rep that I dealt with (Jana, I think) was very helpful. She responded to my emails very promptly. They provided me with 2 sets of proofs. The turnaround to receive the proofs was next day. Super service. Highly recommend.
My 2"x2" rubber stamp on a wooden block with handle was only $20
I just used simon stamp to make a stamp for the addresses on our reply envelopes. My new printer (that I was so excited to buy two weeks ago) won't feed small envelopes. I paid $17.99 including shipping for a 1.5" x 3" stamp. I'll let you know how it turns out!

Anyone know where or how I could possibly create my own stamp? I have a vector image that kinda fell into being the star of attention for my save the dates and I really would like our wedding invites to have an "expensive" look but of course being a graphic designer a flat print just doesnt cut it. SO trying my hand at embossing but delima time need to create a stamp out of my beautiful "accessory". Any suggestions?
