I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for the heads up!
I haven't used this, but I did have a lot of trouble canceling my XM radio service recently. It was very funny that I found a tutorial online of how to cancel and it was exactly my experience! (Like, if you choose the option for "cancel" it will place you on hold for 10 minutes then disconnect your call.) I'm surprised how companies can make this so difficult! So, share your experience! I hope your service really is canceled.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
Has anyone used their service? I recently signed up for it (well.. I got pushed into signing up) and I started my 4 week trial. I realized this wasn't right for me so I called to have it cancelled.
After spending 16 minutes on the phone, my account was finally cancelled. The representative was trying his best to persuade me to keep the account but I stood my ground this time and did not give in.
I would warn those who want to just use the stamps.com trial that you're in for a great debate over the phone with their reps. I do hope that my account was really terminated and that I won't have to call them. Again.
