I’m not expecting, but my mother was 102 lbs when she got pregnant and 117 lbs when she gave birth. The next day she was 100lbs – less than when she started! She had horrible nausea her entire pregnany though so she wasn’t indulging. I was 7lbs and some odd ounces.

150 pre-pregnancy, 195 on day of delivery.

Don’t remember how much my sister weighed pre/post pregnancy but I know she only gained 25 pounds. Unfair, I tell you 😛

With my first I was 190 (had just gained 30lbs though!) and when I ended I was about 242 (52lb weight gain) after baby was born I weighed about 1-2lbs less. Was so full of fluid from the IV my pants that I wore during pregnancy wouldn’t fit over my legs. Was horrible, will make sure they don’t pump me too full with this one.

Before I got pregnant with my son about 5 years ago I weighed 165 (I am 5’5″), and was 215 when I delivered for a gain of 50 lbs. A few weeks after delivery I was 30 lbs down and lost the rest over the next couple of months by calorie counting.

114 before (but that was below my normal of 120 because I’d lost some before the wedding due to nerves) 153.5 day of labor. 129 today, 2 weeks postpartum
