I bought it and have it unopened for about a month now. I think I should get off my butt and get it going....
I just recently started it and I LOVE it. Question though...do I do it EVERY day or like every other day?
danadelphia: Keep it up. Keep doing it. I have a love/hate relationship with 30-Day Shred. It's AMAZING for brides, imo because it works mostly your arms and back which is where we need it most! But...you have to do it. I lost all motivation a few months ago and am back on it now. 4 times a week. You can do it! Think of how awesome you'll look in that dress... :) That's what I have to do! Then I get on it.
The Shred is awesome. I'm a convert. I hate sweating. So much. So so so so so much. BUT I do the Shred nearly every day now and even though I'm covered in buckets of sweat (I'm up to Level 3) it's so worth it! I'm down a dress size! Hooray!!!
I did day 1 yesterday and I wanted to die. It felt amazing when I was finished though and I'm going to try my best to keep up with it. I'm sort of allergic to exercise. :)
@mimi06d: I'm allergic to exercise too. I freaking HATE it. And I love, love, love junk food.
Why is everything so awesome (nachos and being lazy) so bad for us? Sigh.
I started yesterday too. And I did it again today. I can definitely feel it working already. I'm sore!
@danadelphia: If Jillian didn't constantly remind me that abs don't come free, I might like it more. It doesn't help that Anita and the other chick are barely sweating while I feel like I'm going to vomit on my dog.
Mannn, now I want some nachos.
@mimi06d: That is hilarious. Speaking of dogs, my dog didn't understand the pushups. He thought that I was trying to get down on the floor for a snuggle with him, and he kept trying to burrow underneath me and give me kisses.
It was very cute. But counterproductive.
been doing it for 2 weeks, i did it about 8 or 9 of the days. I noticed that it's getting a little easier to do the exercises and i can do more of them before i feel like dying. i'm don't need to lose weight just tone up. i noticed some small changes and can definitely see muscles that weren't there before. i just need to stop eating like crap (chickfila i love you) and i'd probably see a bigger difference. i also bought yoga meltdown which i did once and almost died, and no more trouble zones, that i did twice but it's 40 minutes so i only did half of it...haha.
@danadelphia: my dog so doesn't understand either...for anything on he floor she is in my way and trying to get a belly rub. awww.

I bought the 30-Day Shred DVD months ago but I didn't start it until today. Because I have no willpower.
I figure that the dog wakes me up to take him out to pee at 7 and I don't usually get in the shower until 7:45. Instead of dicking around on the internet for 45 minutes, why not do a 20 minute workout?
Well, I am SO out of shape (I haven't worked out in forever) that the beginner level kicked my ass. But I feel good about myself for doing it, and I had a lot of energy when I got to work, even though I hadn't had a cup of coffee.
Who is doing or has done the Shred? What kind of results have you seen?
