My boyfriend is a CF coach & I have always been so scared to try it, rather intimidated by everyone there who are in such great shape. He always tells me these crazy stories of 80 year old women or a people who are many lbs. overweight & even they can do it. But still, I am worried and scared I am not going to do well or finish the work out. Any Crossfit ladies out there who can share their first week stories?

i did crossfit for the first time two weeks ago and was so scared to go! let me say that the “box” i went to had some awesome people. Everyone was so supportive. There were some people who have been doing crossfit for a year now that couldn’t finish the workout we were given. They would have to stop and do “burpees” several times as a punishment.
You WILL be fine… and super sore. It’s great really. You’re brave enough to start. It is alot of fun!!
Also, DON’T over do yourself. I promise you will feel the workout if you finish or not.

I’m dying to try Crossfit but there isn’t one in my area! Good luck!! The benefits are supposed to be amazing 🙂

Cross Fit is AMAZING!!! It’s a pretty tough workout – but you won’t die I promise. The first two weeks are the most difficult. I was so sore that I crawled up my stairs one night. But it does get better. You’ll still sore but it’s not unbearable.
You can do it!! And you will love your time at the box!!
