I LOVE Jamie Eason! She is the only celebrity I have ever followed and I find her very inspirational. I just finished all my sessions with my personal trainer (boo), so I’ve decided to give Jamie Eason’s 12 Week Live Fit Training Program a try!
Anyone other Bees doing or has done this program? Also, anyone want to partner up with me and start on Monday? 😀

Hey there! I did her program in the fall, and it worked so well!! I seriously loved it! I really want to do it again, because I figure I can only get better results . . The hardest part is definitely the diet. . it requires A LOT of protein! And about half the program you limit your carbs – and I really love my carbs. lol. I am down to do it with you – I can really use the motivation!

This looks really interesting. I just started New Rules of Lifting for Women 2 weeks ago and I’m really liking the workouts.

So I started the program today! I feel great already, although my chest is sore lol.The good kind of sore though!
I made all my lunches and snacks over the weekend!
The first month’s workouts seem pretty quick/simple, but I think it steps up in the next phase.
@yelle418: I was eating basically this exact diet until I got married, and things have been busy since then. I’m finally getting back in gear!!
