Good luck! I am trying to get toned up a bit again too. I was in great shape for the wedding but afterward, not so much!
Wierd. We are date twins plus our hunnies are in the military except we're located south of you :D That's a naval base in J'sville? Air force here.
I am also toning up! It started in Jan and I'm proud of my muscles and do show them to random people...:D I am used to be "skinny fat" and flabby so it's so nice to not feel like that for awhile.
Today is cardio/arm workout with a cool down in yoga (class at my gym) Yesterday, Zumba kicked my skinny ass, but I'm not too sore which is something to say, right?1

HAAHAAHAA - - - when in doubt look into getting the 30 Day Shred, its been a life savor and believe it or not - those 22 minutes feel AMAZING...
day one went better than i thought it would! i wasnt tired at all after an hour and a half BUT im seriously paying for it today! lol ... i took it easy and just went on a long walk with my dog!
