I was up to level 3 but stopped. Don't stop people! Now 4 months later I'm back on level 1, just started it again yesterday! Good luck and happy shredding! You're gonna hate Jillian in a couple weeks, LOL

I quit after about 5 days last time, I'm gonna start again soon but I get bored because it's the same stuff over and over again.

Yeah, I can see how it can get boring, but it's such a quick workout that I'm hoping I'll be able to push through.  Day 4 whoo-hoo!

It does get easier over time - but, like hcritton said - don't stop!  I got up to level 3 and took way too many months off and can barely get through the pushups in level 1. :(  If you can find a way to the workout in - it really does work - I (and others) started to see some changes in 2-3 weeks.  You have to be REALLY careful about form.  I started having some pretty serious knee pain - which is one of the reasons I stopped doing it regularly.

I've done 2 days so far! (had to miss one day) It's so hard to walk up & down stairs after! I'm hoping I can stick with this. It is repetitive, but very quick & she keeps you moving, so it's not too  boring.

I took yesterday off, but just finished my fourth day of the workout.  I think I'll do three more days of level 1, then switch to 2.

I'm back on the wagon--I did level one Monday (plus 3 miles on the elliptical!) and Tuesday and will do it again tonight. After watching me do it on Monday, Mr Spin went out and bought some handweights and joined me last night. He agrees, Jillian is a beast! 30 Day shred is a great workout.

My butt and shoulders are a little sore, but I'm feeling pretty good! Is anyone signed up on her website? I couldn't justify the $4/week just for a website membership but I'm curious if anyone else finds it worth it?

On a side note....does anyone have a good eating plan they follow while working out?
