@SoonToBeMrsD921:  I totally feel you! I am super excited for it, but I am even more excited for it to be over with and life can then resume to normal and I can find somethng else to obsess over or picking up some of my favorite hobbies once more.

Oh, yeah, and being Mrs.Starling13 will be pretty awesome, too!

Couldn’t agree more about adding that Mrs. & resuming a normal life.  I found myself in the middle of Lowes taking trying to match a tie to a paint chip for my florist, thinking this was totally normal.  I spent 2 hours in a hammock today with a book and it was glorious.  I’m sure we’ll all be back in a few weeks talking about how we miss the planning, but until then….. 🙂

41 days! I keep randomly having panic attacks over nothing lol. I’m pretty sure everything is done (except bridesmaids earrings and my necklace *sigh*) but sometimes I just freak out. My lovely sensible co-worker very kindly told me I was being stupid the other day when I was fretting over all these people RSVPing, but only like, 10 people showing up. What the hell do I do with all that food?

Anyone else feel like the last 6 weeks are taking longer than the last 6 months??

Starling13

I am so with you on that.  I’m really looking forward to being married, but also really looking forward to not having to plan a wedding any more and to getting back to my normal crafts and hobbies (oh and being able to talk about anything else!) 🙂

God, yes.

There’s been SO much buildup for so long (over 2.5 years) for our wedding. Even though we own our own house together (almost 1.5 years now) and have lived together for almost five years, I’m so excited to be married. What I mean when I say that is that we already feel like a married couple, but I’m beyond ready to make it official!

And yes, I’ll be thrilled to talk about anything else — I feel like I’m annoying people with wedding talk!

I’m wavering between excitement and anxiety. So excited, but still a fair bit of little stuff to do, and anxious I’ll forget something. But I don’t want time to hurry up at all, I don’t want it to be over!
