@FutureMrsSoto: Is there anywhere guests can go inside if they get cold? Or once it gets really late night and real cold?
Was it clear on the invite that the reception would be outside? If so guests should be dressing appropriately and I wouldn't worry.
No and no, its very small so most people know its outside but it want started on the invite and its at a restaurant so there's really no place to go inside and not be super awkward just standing there by all these people eating at their tables... I think ill start making phone calls though to ensure everyone is aware of the outside/weather situation. Thanks!

Hello! Wedding is tommorrow yay! But the weather forecast says high 64 low 45 and the reception is planned for outside starting at 6pm.. There will be patio heaters at the restaurant but is that enough? We have the option of moving it inside but obviously well lose the fabulous outdoor ambiance AND the free live band that will be outside :( and the venue needs to know fairly soon if we plan to change, what to do what to do?!?
