A room block is reserved at the Hotel Blah for a two-night minimum stay (Friday night and Saturday night) with special reduced rates. These special rates only apply if you book your room by September 5, 2012. Guests are welcome to stay for one night in the hotel, though the reduced rate will not apply. If you want to be sure to get a room at Hotel Blah, we suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability. You can make reservations by calling 123-456-7891 and asking for the xxx-xxx room block.

I am getting ready to send out STDs. Our wedding is happening in a town that is known for it's fall tourism. So in order to help our guests out, I want to send a note with the STDs about booking hotels early because they fill up quickly. Yes I have blocks of rooms, but I don't know if they will be enough. I'm trying to find a good way to word all this. Does anyone have suggestions? We won't have a wedding website to point people toward, so I want to make sure they get the info from the STD.
