i was completely overwhelmed about 2 weeks ago (i have been crafting and sewing like a madwoman for what seems like forever!) and decided to just let wedding go for some me time.  purposefully not DIYing and a few day trip camping has totally readjusted my wedding spirit.  i’m back on track and looking forward to the home stretch!  can you possibly take some me time yourself?  oh, and my FH has also said, what are you going to do after the wedding…  it’s been so consuming the last few months, that i’m not even sure!

Yes, me too.  We are getting married in October, just put an offer in our first house which is set to close in August and the past few months I’ve been traveling non-stop for work.

Delegate whatever tasks you can. The fiance called the local orchard to pre-order our favors (cider and donuts) and reserved a parking structure for our guests while I was out of town last week.

Skip what isn’t important to you personally.  I live in AZ and my bridesmaids live in Washington state and Florida.  Our wedding is in Michigan.  I decided to skip having a shower because logistics are just too complicated.
