It's a shame...you would've thought Mrs. Argyle would have livened them up some
I am not from St Louis-but I will be in St Louis trying on wedding dresses in a couple of weeks. Have you guys been to either Blossoms Bridal or Chatfields Boutique? I am looking for plus sized wedding dress and I was told that they have a lot to try on. Any info? I am coming from the Quad Cities so it is a bit of a drive for us, and I just want to make sure I am not wasting my time with these places. Thanks!
Gee I wish I knew about them. I've been wedding planning from Utah and got my dress out here.
We ordered my Mom's dress from Maiden Voyage in Chesterfield and they were nice.
I'm pretty sure a ton of dresses can be ordered in plus sizes these days but the real issue for you I'm sure is that they have a sample dress you can try on in a plus size to get a good idea.
I've heard really good things about Clarice's in South City. They've been around for a loong time. You might want to check them out too.

I'm afraid I'm not much help there either. I mainly tried on dresses from my hometown which is way south of St. Louis. Sorry.
You could try blusteins out in at Charles. I know they have plus size samples.

Hi STL Brides! I am in need of a florist for September, someone pretty reasonably priced, though - budget blues. Any ideas? Anyone you've really loved/hated?
@SandyThePoet: I think it's actually called Elite/Blustein's Brides House. They're really nice and will give your BMs a 10% discount if you all buy your dresses there.
@BridetoBEC: I'd definitely recommend my florist. Meleana's Flowers. Lee is amazing and really, really reasonably priced. It's a little mom-and-pop business in Overland (North County).

I'm going to Clarice's Bridal. I know a few people who have gotten their dresses from there, and they had great experiences. For flowers, we're going through Waldbart. They do a fantastic job! Happy planning everyone!
@BridetoBEC:Soulard Florist. They are located inside soulard market. Their prices are at least a fourth less than what anywhere else would charge you. They are doing my flowers.
