I recall several posts on the blog relating to invitations or DIY projects (maybe gocco?) referencing obtaining stock art or photos for these projects, but I'm having trouble finding that information using the search function on the site...so, I'm posting the question:
Have any of you used stock art or photographs for your projects, invitations, websites, whatever? And if so, can you recommend the site you purchased from? I'm looking for some inexpensive camera-ready images of a compass rose...
We used an image from istockphoto.com (the same one that Miss Penguin uses). You have to buy credits to pay for the images, and you get 3 free when you sign up (the number of credits you pay depends on the size/complexity of the image).
