So exciting! I know how stressed you must be, but everything will get done! Just take it one thing at a time and it will be here before you know it!

Breathe! 5 deep breaths can make a big difference when you are having a freak-out.

Now try one of these! 2-3 cups a day makes all the difference when stress anf anxiety get to me! They really do work!

Also, I noticed there is something called Tension Tamer Extra…haven’t seen it in stores, but I’ll be looking for it now! =)

I like that one too. It should help. You really do have to drink it throughout the day to get the full effects. (I drink 4 or 5 cups on “bad” days) but I don’t find that one works AS well as the other two I posted. I have a naturally high anxiety level and refuse to be medicated, so I have tried them all! Lol.

 

The Tension Tamer also gives me vivid dreams and keeps me asleep longer.

It’s the yummier of the bunch too, if you ask me! I often make a travel mug full of it in the morning and drink it thoughout the day and it’s still OK when it gets cold. Some of the others get yucky when they are cold.
