Wow, I've never heard of this! I would talk to your doctor. Or I wonder if there is some type of supplement you can take?
Try taking Biotin vitamin supplements. You can find them at any pharmacy. They can help your hair grow back faster. Good luck!

Hi ladies! About 4 months ago I went off birth control (not TTC, just thought it'd be a good time to give my body a rest, and since I know we'll TTC within the next...uh...5 years?...thought it'd be a good time) and since then my hair has been falling out in virtual clumps. It's SUCH a huge bummer, especially because I have thin hair to begin with.
I've been reading up on forums that this happens to a lot of people as you go from 100 to zero with fake hormones. I'm not interested in going back on birth control (and I hear it doesn't STOP the hair loss if you're in a current "shed" cycle anyway) but I was wondering if any of you went through the same thing and if you did, if you did anything about it.
I have horribly thin hair to begin with so I don't have a lot to spare. Just wondering if any of you take/took any vitamins or have any regimines you like for hair growth, maintainence, or if you went through this, WHEN THE HAIR LOSS STOPS!?!?! I hope it's before I go completely bald! :(
