this is why im totally against brides ordering completely from a stranger..no guarantee what so ever..i think one needs to try the dress on first then order it properly..or one ends up with destroyed dress starting all over again.
Not to be down on you, because I am sorry this happened to you....but you get what you pay for.
and what they sent you isn't really that horribly off from the dress. I am not a fan of how it hangs on your body (and can see where this would upset you) but I don't think it's that far for a Chinese Replica.
The real issue is that they won't give you a refund, even though you're unhappy or attempt to make something more to your liking. That sucks. But I purchased a wedding dress for twice that from a store here and I hate it now and still can't take it back.

I'm sorry that happened to you :( unfortuity not all of these online shops are good or honest. I think for replica dresses you have to choose more simple dresses for the best results and check for alot of photos and reviews from other brides, I've never heard of that particular website though.
For me when I bought my replica I knew it was a nonreturnable risk and had plans to buy a different one if that didn't work out and or go to a seamstress to fix any issues (which I had to do for the jacket they made too small). I got lucky and it did work out though.
Its awful they had a picture of what looks like a replica they already made and yet it looks nothing like the one you got, seems like a bait and switch there.I really hope visa will help you out.

With store of dress the feedback on the net seems to be poloarised. The bride receives the dress of her dreams or it comes out resembling a beanbag sack (and it is a bunfight to return the dress or get any money back). I can only think either store of dress are littering the net with good reviews of their own product OR they really can turn out a good dress - In which case they need to reduce the product line to what they can do well and have happy customers!
Store of dresses free postage and packing is an out and out lie and they still want to make a profit on the dress even through it is not fit for purpose and being returned! But I cant return it because they wont provide a return address. I've asked for this 8 times. store of dress specifcally targets US, Europe and Australia but they are not prepared to do business in a western style.
Anyway I am quite enjoying updating my website and giving Store of Dress a run for their money. Kate has upped her "refund" offer from $40 to $250 over the course of the last two weeks but it is still too poor to accept.
Sorry to hear that WILLIAKELLLB cant return your shop dress. In the very least it is a real dress! Could you could sell it on ebay or one of the wedding sites?

seems like noone is happy about those replicas, but still that 'company' exists and people seem to buy those dresses. my friend ordered one and it was slightly different but that's understandable. i ordered mine and it's on its way and now Im TERRIFIED !!! hope it wont be much different than original and at least be perfect for this one day !

Hi there
I decided to get the dress of my dreams via a chinese based (US front) website Store of Dress. I asked all the right questions but got a terrible product that they wont take responsibility for and am out of pocket to the tune of $380 (+$45 for setting up the website). I'm not saying that others shouldn't go down the "cheap from china" route but I would like to suggest you visit my website first before you make your mind up.

Any good review about the site are all but certainly written by the woman herself!
I'm doing what I should have done from the start. Looking at some lovely ready to wear dresses and in the high street + going on the second hand /sample wedding dress websites.
