My FI wants this also. There is a place in the West Chester ish area that does it. Im not sure how well you know that part of the Nati, but its technically in Pisgah. Its near Tylersville road and it is a small Barber shop. It is next to a place where they used to resue Dogs on rt.42. They do them there. Actually I think the place is called Denny's or something like that. Good luck!!
