@ChocolateLime:  haha cute. That made my day!

A lot of times I find my cat sitting in the bathtub, which I find odd for a cat.

I find my cat COMPLETELY under a huge ball of blankets on my bed..I’m always scared to jump on my bed for fear of squishing her!

I wish I had a picture haha your cat made me smile this morning 😀

I know cats in boxes isn’t a new thing, but I still find it hilarious when he crams his 14lb frame into this tiny shoebox size. He also likes to sleep in a bucket in the laundry room, so after I found him there a few times I added one of my fluffy scarves to make it cozy.

His latest favorite place is on top of the bar fridge in our tv room. I guess it must be giving off heat! And now he has a blanket to lay on up there.

Oh, man. Where DON’T I find our cats?

1. The female, Lexi, likes being a “kitty lump”.  I’ll come home from work, walk in the bedroom, and smack dab in the center of my perfectly made bed is a little lump under the blankets.  I don’t know how she slides in there without messing anything up.

2. Both cats have been caught napping in the litterbox, which warrants an immediate bath.  We do have a covered box, so it is rather cave-like, but really guys?

3. I got a text from FI in the middle of class asking where Lexi was.  My response was, of course, “I’ve been gone for 4 hours, how the heck should I know?”  FI had been looking for her for an hour with no luck, so he thought I may have let her out accidentally when I left (doubtful – she’s never once made a run for it because THE WORLD IS SCARY).  I came home from class to help him look.  We turned the apartment inside out and didn’t find her, so I checked all 3 floors of our apartment building, including the laundry, storage, and underground garage.  No Lexi.  Next I took a bag of treats outside and started shaking it, trilling “Om nom nom tiiiiiiime”, checking under all the shrubs.  No Lexi.  Really aggravated at this point, I went into the bedroom and started tearing it apart.  Guess where I finally found her?

FI and I have a really snazzy Danish modern teak platform bed, almost identical to the one above.  Lexi, the little shit, had somehow squeezed her fat little body through one of the gaps between the slats (which you can see over on the right), LIFTING THE QUEEN MATTRESS in order to get into the open space underneath.  She was there for hours, and she never said a word.  She’s done it a couple of times since then, but at least we know where to look now.

@ChocolateLime:  ahahah i think i’ve laughed at the photo for like 5 minutes now.

I found my dog stuck between our bed headboard and the wall. I have no idea how or why he wedged himself in there. I was running around the house like crazy looking for him, thinking he got out somehow to take himself for a walk, until I heard him whimpering. My other dog pointed him out like “what an idiot”.

Not a weird place, per se, but I once found her on our bed cuddling her teddy bear – like wrapped in her arms cuddling. I died. FI didn’t believe that I didn’t just put the bear there to take a picture.

She also likes to sleep with her head on pillows..not spoiled at all.

Zoey doesn’t really spend time in strange places, but she does sleep in interesting spots/positons.

@spoiledvamp27:  Haha, my dog sleeps like this sometimes too! It’s hilarious, he is not a small dog…

I don’t have a picture, but we came back from our honeymoon last month and had our suitcases on the floor for a few days before unpacking them. I came out of the bathroom one day, and my 45lb, pitbull/pointer mix had made himself comfy inside one of the suitcases. I couldn’t stop laughing, he looked so cute!

My cat, Roxas, likes jumping in the dryer.  If I open the door, and turn my back, he is there.

Cats are secretly nijas.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of it, but one of our Siamese opened the cabinet door on the upstairs bathroom vanity and closed it behind her! Took us forever to find her and she never said a word.

One of the other cats went into my son’s bedroom and somehow closed it behind her so she was trapped in his bedroom for the better part of the day. Fortunately, she did meow at me when I was frantically calling her name.

@Phamnomenon:  haha I didn’t notice the little logo on the bottom of your picture at first and was zooming into the picture to try and spot her! Embarassed As if she managed to get under the mattress!

@Future_Mrs_Dr_I:  hahaha! these pictures are all sweet but this one had me laughing right out loud!
