I was a street size 10, large bust when is bought my dress, the day this picture was taken.  It was ordered in a 14 for my bust size.

unfortunately, I lost quite a bit of weight and am now a street size 6.  Been a little worried about the fit now!  I’ll know the Saturday after Thanksgiving – found out this week my dress is in!

Good luck dress shopping!!! Bring a snack and some water!  And enjoy yourself!!!

@chelseakayd:  Street size 12 and dress was a size 12. Didnt have any areas taken in or out. Just changed the neckline into a sweetheart and needed a hem.

I typically wear a street size 8 in shorts/pants. This dress is a size 10 and fit absolutely perfect – the only alterations I will need to do is add a bustle 🙂

Street size 10-12, dress size 14.

I have never felt more beautiful than in my wedding dress… and I haven’t even gotten it altered yet!

Street size 11, usually a size 14 in dresses, but since this one was a corset I got a size 12..it’s a drop waist ballgown.

It’s a size small and a weird angle so it’s not a great pic

I’m a street size 8/10 in bottoms (normally 4/6/8 in dresses) and I had to size up a lot for my wedding gown 🙁  Also, the salon refused to take the waist in as much as I wanted them too. They didn’t want to take it in at all but I could grab a handful of material at the waist in the back, which is what I’m doing in this photo!
