Get a back & shoulder & scalp deep tissue massage if you can. (The kind where it really hurts when they stick their thumbs in the knots for ages but then feels better after) Or wrangle FI/ a friend to do this for you. If you sit in one position for long periods of time set a timer and do some light stretching. I still get bad stress/tension headaches and I’ve found that fixing the muscle tension helps a ton. 

Obviously, being less stressed helps too 🙂 but that’s harder than the above.
