I have been in this cycle before and I don’t like it… Although I have been exercising, when I get home at night I just eat EVERYTHING I see in front of me 🙁
I am good with breakfast and lunch but after 7 I am this crazy beast that eats non-stop…
I started to feel the my “flab” shake when I walk and I am mad at myself.
Girls give me some advice… How can i stop this? I know I should not binge but when I see it I am already too far…

Get rid of the binge foods– that’s the first step. The next step is to figure out why you’re binging. My guess: you need to eat more in the evening (planned) and increase the protein and fiber in your dinner as well. This will help you feel full longer, and want to snack as much.

Join MyFitnessPal or SparkPeople… not only will it help you see visually what you’re eating and how it breaks down (carbs, fat, protein) it also might deter a second helping or a binge when you have to be accountable for it!
