I have just over 4 months before my wedding and I am super stressed out. I don’t have a wedding planner and at this point I don’t think I need one either… but I am having such a hard time in holding myself together… All I can think about is the wedding… My last week’s night of sleep has been plagued with weddings!!!!
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to work through this stress?

I think alot of brides can totally relate!! I’m one of those high-strung OCD people so one of the ways I get rid of stress is by keeping myself organized. I have spreadsheets for everything (guest list, addresses, things we still need to buy, things I’ll need to bring to the venue the day-of, budget, etc). I know that probably sounds weird for most people, but the more organized I am, the less worried I am that I’ve forgotten about something important.
If you’re not OCD like me (ha) you could try keeping your mind busy with friends and family doing non-wedding related stuff. 🙂 The more non-wedding things you can do, whether it be wine tasting, camping, BBQing, etc, the less occupied your mind will be on the wedding itself.
