What about the UppaBaby G-Luxe? It's about $180 and has a full recline and weighs only 11#.
I really like the Chicco Lightway they have a BRU now. OMG Mom (aka Mrs. Dumpling) did a post about it on her blog. It is classified as a lightweight/umbrella stroller but it has a great canopy , decent basket and a pretty good recline (although when reclined it does block access to the basket underneath). I think it runs about $150-$170
I'll second what @SecretName: said about the chicco liteway. We have that stroller and so far we love it. Our baby is about 2 weeks old and we've been using it since we brought him home for walks around the neighborhood. It reclines fully and is pretty lightweight. It does have a nice canopy and it folds up nicely. If you use a coupon you can probably get it for around 100.00
Not to confuse you more, but check out the Joovy Kooper. It is a cross between the City Mini and an umbrella stroller. It looks really similar to the City Mini (style-wise) but it folds up even smaller, so it is easier to carry.
Price is around $200 and Joovy is a US-based company (if that is important to you)

So far we've gotten by with our car seat snap in frame and Bob Ironman stroller... but I'm ready for an everyday, light, travel friendly, smaller, easy to manuever option. We're flying to Seattle in 2 weeks and I REFUSE to take the Bob (though tempted to let the hubby attempt it because I know how big and bulky it will be and can't imagine taking it on plane - but he thinks it would be fine :)) - and even though the car seat snap in stroller would work Warren is almost 9 months old and he wants to be sitting up and checking everything out. Ya know.
I'm in love with the City Mini. But then started thinking about the City Select - if we're going to have another child soon makes sense to have a stroller that converts to a double. I'm not sure I can wrap my head around spending 8-900 for a stoller though (by the time you get all the pieces).
So - do any of you have either stroller? Have you flown with it?
Does anyone have a less expensive umbrella stroller they love that still has some bells and whistle. I wouldn't mind going SUPER CHEAP - but want the stroller to be sturdy and would be nice to have recline :)
Gracias!! (Sadly I live in BFE and it's hard to actually demo any of these options unless I'm traveling to visit family in the big cities :))
