Could bees who work in hiring please let me know whether size 10 is too small a font for a CV? I am trying to follow the page limits and can do that if I have font size 10, but I don’t know if that is too difficult to read. I’ve also bolded relevant words per the suggestions of several current employees, but I don’t want it to seem clunky and tiny, so would be interested in feedback from those in HR.

I think it’s fine. People know how to use a zoom button if it’s too small. On the other hand, don’t feel like you must stick to one page.

I personally think that page length is way more important than font size. If you have to shrink it down to make it a page, do it. Just make sure you can still read it. Most employers will actually print out the resume, so you should print them out to see what they look like. If it can be easily read, it doesn’t matter what font size it is. Most employers don’t want a resume over a page, though

Thanks! I think we are allowed 2 pages for this, which is good since my regular one is like 5-6 pages. I will look at print preview and see if it is readable.
You guys are great!
