Congrats! That is a nice thing to have marked off. I have no idea what type of questions to ask. I am just trying to make sure we are on the same boat about ALL details. If the person isn't paid off yet how much is left and when it is due. How about what time vendors can start arriving to set everything up. Hope that helps a little.
Who needs vendor meals? (And if they do- are there any allergies/dietary restrictions to be aware of?)
What time will they be arriving?
Who needs to be at the rehearsal?
Make sure DJ has all of your songs.
Make sure Photographer has your "must have" photo list.
Logistics of the reception layout- where will the cake table go? Guestbook? Gifts? Favors? decor items you've bought/made? The seating chart? The DJ/band?
Do you have a plan for who will hand out programs at the ceremony? (if you're doing them?) Or a nice basket if you're just leaving them out?
Do you have a plan for menu's- if you're doing them? (eg- are you making them or is the caterer?)

Today I booked final meetings with all of my vendors for next week. *high five*
which leads me to... what are some questions to ask at the final meetings that I haven't thought of? How can I make sure it all goes smoothly and we feel confident about every detail?
