    Hello Hive!

I am trying to locate a decent corset for under my Alfred Angelo 801 dress. I have narrowed my selections down to two Fredricks of Hollywood corsets, the Hollywood Dream Corset pictured here: http://www.fredericks.com/The_Hollywood_Dream_Corset/51786,default,pd.html&cgid=c034

Or the Hollywood Dream Bra with cups pictured here: http://www.fredericks.com/Hollywood_Dream_Bra_Cup_Corset/56992,default,pd.html?cgid=co31

I lean more to the cheaper one, however with the sweetheart neckline of my dress I feel like I will need the one with defined cups, not to mention I am a very busty lady, and the first looks like it would squeeze me flat. Do any other larger busted ladies have personal experience with the original Hollywood Dream Corset? Or any suggestions for others that worked well for you?

I'm looking for ones with a long line down to the hips!

    Thank you!

I don't know what corset I could suggest, but I will tell you the Dream corsets probably won't work. I went to Frederick's to try them on myself, and the back came up really high. The saleswoman told me that if my normal bra strap will show above the back of the dress, the Dream corset will, and the backline of your dress looks fairly low. Try looking for a longline bra instead of a corset. They seem to have lower backs.

I am still gonna buy one, though. For honeymoon purposes...hehe. :-)

@profiterole: I second the vote on the felina longline. I have one, which I didn't end up wearing for the wedding, but plan on keeping for other occassions.  Check out the Felina!

If you're looking for something that sucks in your waist a lot, nothing at fredericks is going to give you the shape you want, you'll need a steel busk corset. I'd recomend getting an underbust corset and a seperate bra, cause the overbust one's I've experienced tend to flatten out boobs. I can recomend a really nice one for about 50 bucks, if you message me
