My skin gets itchy ITCHY as the weather gets cold and regular soap like Dial or Zest dries it out. I’ve been loving Shea Moisture but at $4.99/bar I’m taking expensive showers! Can anyone suggest an all natural (or mostly natural) bar soap that’s inexpensive?

I don’t know how all natural it is, but what about Dove moisture bar? I used to use it on my face sometimes in college and it never dried me out.

@Aquaria: Thornapple Ridge Soaps is having a closeout sale. All of their stuff is all natural.

Dr. Bronner’s is an organic castille soap that has been a saving grace for my fickle, oily and acne prone skin. I use it in liquid form, but there are actual bar soaps. I usually buy it at natural stores, but they have it at places like Target and Walmat. You may want to be careful cause it does cause a bit of drying, but I only use a very small amount when I wash my face. Also, this soap can be used for almost anything else.

@yupitsME: I’ve considered that one but it’s even more expensive than the Shea Moisture. I do like their lavender hair cream though.

I’ve been giving Yardley of London a try. Their Premium line is supposedly natural (free of parabens and sulfates), and the prices aren’t too bad. So far I enjoy it!
