Modernpostcard.com is very good. Or, if you are the crafty type, you can use their postcard template (for a number of programs) to make your own design and print it yourself!
I just ordered Postcards I designed myself from Zazzle.com <=0) We ordered them Sunday night and they arrived today when I got home from work. I only paid for regular shipping! I love the quality!
This might not be exactly what you're looking for (if you're looking for someone to "design" your postcards), but printing wise I totally stand by http://mpix.com/. I use them for all my photography printing. They also print postcards on glossy, linen and pearl paper.
I used www.printsmadeeasy.com for my Save the Date postcards. You can choose whether you'd like them matte or shiny. Hope that helps.

Hello Busy Bees!!!
I'd like to send out postcards with a shot from our wedding. But I'd like to use a postcard that is a little nicer than the normal vistaprint photo post card.
And I'm not DIY handy enough in the stationary department to make my own.
Any suggestions of online vendors for postcards?
