Modernpostcard.com is very good. Or, if you are the crafty type, you can use their postcard template (for a number of programs) to make your own design and print it yourself!

I just ordered Postcards I designed myself from Zazzle.com <=0) We ordered them Sunday night and they arrived today when I got home from work. I only paid for regular shipping! I love the quality!

This might not be exactly what you’re looking for (if you’re looking for someone to "design" your postcards), but printing wise I totally stand by http://mpix.com/. I use them for all my  photography printing. They also print postcards on glossy, linen and pearl paper.
